Introducing an online platform about turning forty, religion, motherhood, success, failure, love, loss, trauma & everything in between.

Why?

The question isn’t really why, but why not? Ever heard the saying “ I just say what everyone else is thinking, thats why I only have two friends?”. Thats me, the one with only two friends over here. No filter really, but rather a raw desire to get back to something real, something solid. A place where judgement and expectation do not exist, where you can find love, & support no matter what stage of life you are in.

A Sense of Belonging.

We all need a place to land, something solid and real in a world of false hope. We allow so many influences from the world to define us as women, wives, mothers, daughters, sisters, grandmothers, categorizing us into tiny little areas of life. I want to create a space of hope, a community with a sense of belonging, where judgement and expectation do not exist. A place to connect, a place to find love, & support no matter what stage of life your are in. The feeling of being disconnected is real. More often than not, no matter how much we feel our lives with things, no matter how busy we are, at the end of the day we are left feeling like we are still missing something. Our lives are so full yet our soul on the inside feels so empty. I want to share with you the emptiness that I have felt over the years and provide hope that you are not alone.

I’ve accidentally spent my life making sure everyone else around me feels comfortable, only to realize I’ve never felt comfortable the whole time .

About Me

I am a wife, a mother, a yoga teacher, an Ayurveda Practitioner. I am also forty and quite possibly on the verge of a nervous breakdown or a major breakthrough, I am not sure which?? None the less, here I am taking a chance, doing something I have never done before… following my gut. Speaking out, organically laying it all out for the world to see. Hoping to make a difference, finding connection somewhere in the midst of this crazy place we call life.
